Job Title: L&D RN
Location: Tulsa, OK 74136
Shift/Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM (3x12s, 36 hours/week)
Pay rate: $33.15 $51.39/hour
Incentives: Sign-on/relocation bonus available (amount not specified) for candidates living outside a 71-mile radius with a 2-year commitment
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care in Labor & Delivery using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
- Monitor and evaluate maternal and fetal health status
- Document patient care, progress, and outcomes accurately
- Support labor, delivery, and postpartum care including high-risk cases
- Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with physicians, OB team, and healthcare staff
