KYC Onboarding & Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

As a KYC Analyst, you will daily execute operational KYC processes while maintaining compliance with regulations and adherence to SLAs. Responsibilities include onboarding new clients, performing periodic reviews, updating and remediating existing KYCs. You will be in daily contact with business teams, compliance and other operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations
  • Process new onboarding client KYC.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and update customer records, escalating suspicious or complex cases.
  • Remediate potential customer data gaps.
  • Perform KYC ticketing support.
• KYC Knowledge Sharing
  • Assess and manage customer-related risks by implementing rigorous KYC controls. Recommend corrective actions or mitigations for identified risks.
