Protocol Education works closely with friendly primary schools across South Bristol, and we’re looking for reliable, caring and enthusiastic KS1 support staff who genuinely enjoy helping young children learn and grow.
You’ll be working in welcoming school environments where teamwork is strong, children are always the priority, and support staff are truly valued. These are schools where your role really matters, and where you’ll feel encouraged, supported and appreciated from day one.
Whether you’re looking for day-to-day flexibility, short-term work or something longer term, we’ll take the time to find placements that fit around your life and your experience. You’ll also have ongoing support from your dedicated consultant, someone who’s there for you throughout the journey, not just at the start.
