About the Role
The Unconventional is seeking a Korean language interpreter for the 2026 CHOD Conference in Victoria, British Columbia. This role will involve vital interpretation services during military-to-military discussions.
Serving between August 30 and September 2, you will support high-level meetings by providing accurate interpretation and ensuring cultural context is respected. Your expertise will facilitate discussions among senior military leaders, helping to address mutual interests and promote cooperation on shared challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct simultaneous language interpretation at sessions
• Interpret military topics clearly and respectfully
• Attend technical run-throughs for equipment familiarity
• Maintain confidentiality throughout the conference
• Wear company-branded translation service attire
