Solutions Design, Automation, and Continuous Improvement: Identify manual, repetitive, or high-risk processes and design practical solutions that improve efficiency, effectiveness, quality, and control Create and maintain technology-enabled tools and resources, including automations, SharePoint sites, knowledge tools, workflows, and other digital solutions that support internal clients Partner with business areas to understand pain points, assess requirements, and develop creative solutions to solve operational problems and reduce manual effort Test, implement, and enhance solutions to ensure they are effective, user-friendly, scalable, and aligned with business needs Recommend and support technology-based improvements that strengthen knowledge sharing, operational consistency, risk reduction, and service quality
