Experience in a similar supervisory role leading a large diverse team
Commercial experience (Hotel, Mining, or Resort environment preferable)
Desirable knowledge of HACCP
Ability to lead a successful team and have a strong sense of ownership and responsibility of the team’s overall performance
Commitment and ability to drive a positive and sustainable safety culture
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create, implement and evaluate training and procedures Work-life balance – 14/7 roster
