Filinvest Hotel: Quest Plus Conference Center Manila
The Kitchen Technician is responsible for the inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, modification, installation, testing, and commissioning of kitchen and laundry equipment. This role ensures that all equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably to support the hotel's daily operations while adhering to engineering standards, safety regulations, and preventive maintenance programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Equipment Inspection and Preventive Maintenance
- Conduct regular inspections of kitchen and laundry equipment in accordance with preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and shift assignments.
- Perform preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
