About the Role
Job Description
- Responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance and repair of the physical structure, utility services, equipment, fixtures, and furnishings of the hotel facilities and staff housing complex.
- Performs preventive maintenance of all kitchen equipment, chillers and freezers on a daily basis.
- Monitoring of kitchen equipment, chillers and freezers status.
- Report and coordinate to duty engineer materials needed for preventive maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment.
- Communicate with engineering management and team leader with regards to possible improvements to increase efficiency.
- Comply with hotel and department policies and procedures at all times.
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management.
