YOU ARE THE CAPTAIN OF YOUR AREA. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO ENSURE CONSISTENCY OF SERVICE STANDARDS, EXCELLENT SERVICE AND MAINTAIN THE CLEANLINESS AND CONDITION. YOU AREACCOUNTABLE IN ACHIEVING THE STORE'S SALES AND PROFIT BY MAINTAINING UPSELLING PROCEDURES AND GUEST CARE.
