The Function

The Kitchen area Professional is responsible for all kitchen equipment upkeep as instructed by the Center Supervisor, adhering to Alpha policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Ensuring all kitchen tools, chillers, and freezers are properly maintained and serviced to prevent breakdowns.
  2. Performing preventive maintenance and completing turnover efficiently to meet end-user demands.
  3. Responding to equipment malfunctions and emergencies.
  4. Operating in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to protect health and safety.
  5. Complying with Alpha Sharjah's environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
  6. Updating trackers and maintenance applications promptly.
