Kitchen Manager
Position: Full‑time Contract. Posted Monday, April 20, 2026. Location: YMCA John Island, Spanish, ON. Start Date: May 1, 2026. Rate of Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour.
Under the leadership of the Camp Director, the Kitchen Manager oversees all kitchen and dish pit operations, including managing staff, preparing meals, planning menus, maintaining inventory, ensuring health and safety compliance, accommodating dietary restrictions, scheduling staff, and managing the food service budget.
Responsibilities
- Manage and evaluate kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and ongoing support
