Are you an experienced Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef with a strong culinary background and a commitment to teamwork and leadership? If so, join our team and play a key role in our innovative Signature Dining Programs, which include à la minute cooking and chef-inspired creations. You’ll work alongside a dedicated team in state-of-the-art kitchens, using top-notch equipment.
What we offer
+ Compensation: $60000 - $68000 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus
+ More predictable hours: Unlike traditional restaurants, senior living dining offers a much more consistent and predictable work schedule.
+ Restaurant staff in senior living are out before 9 p.m., avoiding the late-night shifts and inconsistent hours typical of a restaurant environment.
