Ora is a Japanese fine-dining restaurant focusing on freshness and seasonality. Reporting directly to our Executive Chef, Nobuyuki Ura, from hatted CBD restaurant sushi e, we are looking for a Kitchen Hand who will bring a strong work ethic, and a proven ability to deliver efficiency and reliability in a luxury restaurant venue. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative kitchen environment where your contribution directly supports seamless service and exceptional guest experiences. You’ll play a vital role in food preparation, cleanliness and operational flow: ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly from prep to service.
