About the Role

RTWSS, funded by WorkSafeBC, is looking for a Kinesiologist who can conduct job demands analyses and liaise with healthcare teams and case managers. Implementing ergonomic strategies is crucial to ensure a successful return-to-work experience. This role also offers the flexibility to manage an active rehab caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct job site visits and job demands analyses
• Develop and implement graduated return-to-work plans
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and case managers
• Implement ergonomic strategies for effective RTW
• Support an active rehab caseload if desired
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-year experience with job site visits
• Proven track record in implementing GRTWs
