Job Description
- Manage performance and drive competitive advantage of overseas sellers in assigned categories:
- Monitor trends and analyze seller performance and profitability - generate actionable insights to develop category initiatives aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Map category landscape and coordinate with seller market teams to design and execute category growth plans.
- Coordinate with both local and cross-border teams to ensure optimal resource allocation - leverage available internal resources to drive campaign performance of overseas sellers.
- Collaborate with seller market teams to obtain information, cascade programs, generate investments and gather feedback from overseas sellers in assigned categories.
- Act as point of contact for any operational issues of cross-border shops in assigned categories.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses related to assigned categories as required
