About the Role

Oddlygood, a plant‑based food company founded in Finland, seeks a commercially driven Key Account & Field Sales Manager to lead field sales and strengthen partnership with Kesko in Finland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point of contact for key customers, developing and strengthening strategic customer relationships, leading customer presentations and negotiations.
  • Lead and collaborate with the field sales team, including internal colleagues and external partners.
  • Think broadly across sales, supply, cost/margin, marketing insights and people to develop and execute a winning commercial strategy and plan for our customers.
  • Ensure all account management responsibilities are executed effectively, including annual growth plans, JBPs, promotional planning and analysis, accurate forecasting and customer administration.
