Job Description:

• Oversee the daily operations and management of educational hubs.
• Responsible for evaluating and modifying learning plans on the SMM location, coordinating with academics in completing assignments, preparing for additional activities in the SMM location, and leading the SMM location teachers including teacher meetings in carry out reflection, monitoring, and training.
• Drive business growth by developing strategies and nurturing relationships.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet targets.
• Lead and inspire a dynamic team of educators and support staff.
• Ensure the delivery of an exceptional learning experience.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and the local community.
