Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate service and installation assignments in the area of HVAC and refrigeration
- Optimize assignment disposition considering urgency, availability and resources
- First point of contact for customers regarding appointment scheduling and technical questions
Qualifications
- Completed technical basic training in building technology, HVAC, refrigeration or comparable field
- Experience in a coordinating or dispatching role preferred
- Structured, independent, and responsible work style
- Secure handling of common office programs and ideally ERP systems
