5+ years in business and/or systems analysis, requirements planning and documentation
Experience with Agile methodology and writing user stories
Previous BSA/BA experience with online banking and mobile app platforms and user portals
Experience creating business requirement documents (BRD’s)
In-depth knowledge of and experience with customer facing portals & digital channels (online banking etc.)
Experience with CRM tools such as Dynamics is an asset
About the Role
Junior/Intermediate Business Systems Analyst (BSA)
We are currently looking for a Junior/Intermediate Business Systems Analyst (BSA) for a minimum 6 month project with one of our client’s in the financial industry. The Business Systems Analyst will work with the current Senior BA to help create user stories, BRD’s along with some data mapping for an online banking and mobile application platform and portal.
