Junior Technician, Equipment Engineering (Plasma)

The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the-art system solutions based on innovative semiconductor light sources. The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled/unscheduled preventive maintenance (PM) on plasma/thermal tools.
• Perform wafer recovery procedure when tools having alarm.
• Perform tool troubleshooting on tool alarm events and carry out corrective action plans.
• Perform routine 5S task in plasma/thermal working areas.
• Withdraw and collect parts from store.
• Support sub‑FAB activities related to plasma tools (such as pump status checking and pump installation)

Qualifications

• Candidate must have at least a Diploma in Engineering fields (preferably in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronic).
