About the Role
Responsibilities
- Monitor and reply to incoming technical support tickets, chats, and frequently asked questions
- Manage and distribute incoming queries from clients and users
- Provide customer support by phone
- Assist with internal departmental workload as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- High level of computer literacy with excellent knowledge of software for working on the Internet
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Additional Asian language (Japanese, Korean, Thai, etc) is a big plus
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Availability to work in shifts
- Strong moral and ethical character
- Ability to provide clear explanations with sound reasoning
