Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating mechanical works such as equipment installation, maintenance, and repair in marine/shipyard projects
- Liaise with engineers, supervisors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution of work
- Prepare and maintain technical reports, work progress updates, and documentation
- Monitor project schedules and support in tracking daily work progress
- Coordinate manpower, tools, and materials required for mechanical tasks
- Assist in troubleshooting basic mechanical issues under supervision
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for mechanical-related work
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for audits and inspections
