About the Role
JUNIOR SOUS CHEF - NEWCASTLE
HOTEL-BASED. 40 HOURS CONTRACT.

Working directly under the Head Chef and Senior Sous, you will act as a key figure in the kitchen with a focus on team guidance and operational consistency.
