About the Role
The Junior Site Engineer is responsible for assisting the Site Engineer on the progress of site works and manpower related aspects of the project.
A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows: Monitor and supervise assistant engineer and workers to ensure compliance to the quality procedures & standard of workmanship. Supervise subcontractors' works in order to ensure compliance according to approved shop drawings and details Prepare inspection forms and conduct joint inspection with Resident Technical Officer (RTO) upon completion of works Follow up on basic program ensuring targeted dates are met on site Highlight any non-compliance issue to sub-contractor and Project Manager Skills & Requirements Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the construction industry Minimally have completed 1 project Possess good interpersonal skills
