Job Title: Junior Reporting Analyst

Purpose of the role:
Support the Service Delivery Manager by collecting, analysing and presenting operational data through dashboards, reports and presentations. Develop Power BI dashboards, improve excel reporting, create executive presentations and provide data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards.
 Create automated Excel reports and dashboards.
 Analyse operational, financial and service delivery data.
 Identify trends, risks and opportunities
 Produce weekly, monthly and executive reports
 Build interactive Power BI dashboards using Power Query and DAX.
 Create professional PowerPoint presentations.
 Support reporting using SharePoint, Teams, Forms, Outlook, Word and OneDrive
 Assist with KPI, SLA and productivity reporting
 Prepare meeting packs, reports and minutes
