Junior QA/Application Support Engineer

We are looking Junior QA/ Application Support Engineer responsible to setup new dataset,databaseand configuration works for projects.Provide professional technical support, troubleshooting, application testing, and training forRetailAIM and related systems. Coordinate with the development team to resolve software limitations,bugs,and enhancement requests.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide professional software training, technicalsupport,and troubleshooting for users.
• Assistin new tenant onboarding, including system setup and data configuration activities.
• Create, configure, and test application data to support implementation andvalidationactivities.
• Perform functional testing toidentifyapplication errors, bugs, and usability issues prior to and after application release.
• Report creation,validation,and update.
