Job Scope - Junior Purchasing Assistant
- Assist in sourcing products and liaising with suppliers
- Prepare and process purchase orders, quotations, and invoices
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment orders
- Follow up on delivery schedules and ensure timely arrival of goods
- Maintain and organize purchasing records and documentation
- Compare prices, quality, and supplier performance
- Coordinate with internal teams on purchasing matters
