Junior Project Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects including tenant improvements, capital works, and site repairs
- Review requisitions, change orders, payment applications, and invoices for accuracy and approval
- Support site staff in identifying requirements, estimating costs, preparing schedules, and ensuring completion
- Assist with consultant and contractor selection, contracting, and oversight for assigned projects
- Prepare evaluations, audit reports, and issue regular status updates on project progress
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or construction preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in architecture, construction, or project management (preferred)
