Linamar is seeking a motivated individual to serve as a Trainee Process Engineer, working under the mentorship of senior engineers. Your responsibilities will include supporting program growth through documentation, participating in process improvement teams, and engaging in Cycle Time estimations. Collaborate on monitoring high RPN numbers in FMEAs and assist in meeting plant targets for scrap reduction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with program documentation under senior engineer guidance
• Participate actively in APQP/CFM teams and track actions
• Estimate cycle times of operations in the production process
• Regularly review and enhance Process FMEA ratings
• Aid core teams in reducing scrap and waste
