Junior Operations Executive

Role Overview:

The Junior Operations Executive will be a key member of the team, providing critical support in finance, human resources, project teams, and general office administration to ensure seamless organizational operations. This role requires fluency in English (mandatory) and a good command in Mandarin and/or Portuguese is strong plus.

Major Tasks:

• Maintain and manage financial records, including preparing invoice summaries, processing expense reimbursements, and contributing to the budgeting process for various projects.
• Assist with the project tender and payment request approval processes by ensuring timely registration and tracking in the office automation system
• Support the tender process for choosing service providers and suppliers, ensuring efficient execution and monitoring of payment workflows.
