About the Role
Responsibilities
- Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of Aruba wireless and switching solutions.
- Troubleshoot network, Wi‑Fi, and connectivity issues.
- Monitor network performance and perform firmware upgrades.
- Maintain network documentation and provide technical support to users.
- Rotational standby support on weekends and after office hours.
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, DNS, and DHCP.
- Familiar with CISCO products.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
