Junior Legal Counsel (Engineering)
Location: Woodmead, South Africa
Salary: R 300 000 to R 360 000 p.a
Our client in the Construction and Engineering industry is looking for a Finance Administration Manager.
Key Responsibilities Provision of general legal advice, drafting and vetting of contracts. Assess and advise on the potential impact of contracts the company is involved with i.e. Joint Venture / Consortium agreements, sub consultancy and subcontractor agreements, service agreements, lease agreements, contracts between clients and contractors administered by the Company, etc. Ensure that RHDHV's legal risks in contracts are minimized. Review of contract terms and conditions to ensure that they comply with legislation and company policies. Drafting, analyses and negotiating contracts. A general understanding of the standard construction contracts will be advantageous eg.
