Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications. Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
