Job Description
Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues Troubleshoot and resolve incidents involving computers, printers, and other IT equipment, escalating when necessary Set up and configure IT equipment for onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain IT asset records, support documentation, and operational reports Coordinate with Technical Operations, Infrastructure, and Security teams to resolve complex issues Support continuous improvement of helpdesk processes to enhance efficiency and user experience Assist in evaluating and implementing tools such as automation and self-service solutions
