Junior Human-Centered Designer for Innovation Lab

The DUBAI FUTURE FOUNDATION is looking for a Junior Human-Centered Designer to contribute to multidisciplinary design projects that enhance service design, policy, and strategy. You will support research and hands-on design, translating human insights into tangible solutions.

Responsibilities include conducting qualitative research, collaborating within cross-functional teams, and participating in workshops. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–3 years of experience are required, along with strong communication skills.
