About the Role
Summary
A General Accountant is responsible for performing general accounting functions such as accounts payable/receivable and payroll, preparing bank reconciliations and applying accounting principles and procedures to ensure the accurate input of financial information; maintains and controls the General Ledger accounts and business transactions of the organization, applying the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) that includes analytical work and thorough review of financial records.
