About the Role
Responsibilities
- Install, commission, relocate, and maintain equipment at customer sites.
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and field modifications.
- Diagnose equipment issues, implement corrective actions, and escalate when required.
- Maintain service records, reports, and spare parts inventory.
- Coordinate with customers to minimize downtime and ensure service quality.
- Build strong customer relationships and represent the company professionally.
Qualifications
- Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Strong analytical, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing technical support or field service experience.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
