About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Junior Executive to support our trading operations. The role involves generating new business, maintaining client relationships, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth coordination of orders and deliveries.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new sales opportunities (B2B clients, contractors, retailers, F&B outlets, etc.)
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales proposals
- Follow up on leads and close sales deals
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order fulfillment
- Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support
- Maintain proper records of sales activities and client interactions
- Conduct site visits and client meetings when required
- Assist in market research and competitor analysis
