The Junior Executive, Retail (Support) is responsible for overseeing daily retail operations across West Malaysia, ensuring operational efficiency, resolving issues, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The role also supports retail expansion, develops SOPs, analyzes operational performance, and drives continuous process improvements to enhance service quality and productivity
