Junior Environmental Scientist

The Junior Environmental Scientist supports the delivery of environmental assessment, monitoring, and remediation projects across a range of regulatory, biophysical, contaminated sites, and water resource disciplines.

This is an early-career role ideally suited for a recent graduate who is eager to learn, flexible in approach, and motivated to contribute wherever needed to support client and team requirements. The position combines office-based technical work with field activities and is guided by MEMS’ core values of Service, Quality, Trust, Innovation, and Teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical & Field Support

• Support the planning and execution of field programs such as environmental site assessments, biophysical surveys, water sampling, and environmental monitoring under the guidance of senior staff.
• Assist with soil, groundwater, surface water, and environmental data collection and sampling.
