About the Role
Technical Skills
Candidate should have worked in Production Functions having exposure in Labor handling, Shop floor planning & getting the Production as per plan. He should be technically sound and should have basic knowledge of Fabrication processes. He should be able to read drawings correctly.Good interpersonal skills to handle shift operations in production shop. Expusure in assembly of fabricated components is desirable.
Softskills
Systematic & Methodical working, Dealing with Labors, Should have knowledge about KANBAN system & 5S practices, Written & verbal communication skill. Exposure to SAP is preffered.
Administrative skills
Able to guide & supervise the Contract labours and get the maximum output from them without compromising on Quality & Safety. Should be able to Motivate the workmen for adopting safe work practices. Candidate should be ready to work in shift operations.
