About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and execution of preventive maintenance (PPM) and breakdown maintenance of MEP systems
- Support supervision of HVAC (DX/FCU/AHU), electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Coordinate with technicians and subcontractors for timely completion of work orders
- Monitor service delivery against SLA/KPI requirements
- Attend site inspections and assist in identifying defects, snags, and maintenance requirements
- Maintain records including PPM checklists, work orders, and service reports
- Support HOTO activities, snag closure, and handover documentation
- Assist in material requests, spare parts tracking, and vendor follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and client requirements
- Support client coordination and reporting as required
