Responsibilities
- Prepare facade shop drawings and detailed design documentation
- Support design development and detailing activities
- Coordinate with project teams and other disciplines
- Assist in preparing fabrication and installation drawings
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements
- Support material take-offs and technical submissions
- Participate in design coordination meetings
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in façade design and detailing.
- Experience working on residential or high-rise façade projects.
- Hands-on experience in Stick Curtain Wall and Unitized Curtain Wall systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor, Rhino, Grasshopper (Fabrication), and LogiKal.
- Strong understanding of façade detailing and fabrication processes.
