Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls and online inquiries from international clients, providing professional responses, conducting follow-ups, and fostering strong customer relationships.
  • Oversee international customer relationships, gather client requirements, offer timely feedback, coordinate solutions, and enhance customer experience.
  • Address and resolve complaints from international customers, facilitate the collection of feedback, and contribute to product optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with global teams to address critical issues effectively.
  • Maintain and retain the company’s international client base to mitigate customer attrition.


Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline is preferred. Candidates with experience in the financial industry or a background in overseas studies are highly regarded; however, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
