Junior Corporate Sustainability Manager

Report to the Chief Sustainability Officer and play a role in developing, implementing, and supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives and projects that contribute to our business and sustainability goals.

The Opportunity

• Coordinate and execute the development of executive presentations on sustainability
• Translate sustainability content into clear, high-level narratives and strategic messages that demonstrate the business value of sustainability
• Track and consolidate the progress and achievements of the Roche Group sustainability Priorities
• Conduct deep‑drop research and external benchmarking into sector‑specific sustainability trends to generate insights for our sustainability positions
• Distill technical details from expert workstreams into clear, concise executive‑level summaries
