Minimum Requirements:

Skills & Attributes:
- Diploma or certificate in Bookkeeping or Accounting
- Bookkeeping experience up to trial balance
- Experience processing journals
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience on accounting software (Xero advantageous)
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and process financial transactions
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with bookkeeping up to trial balance
- Process journals and general ledger entries
- Reconcile accounts (bank, creditors, etc.)
- Support month-end procedures
- Assist with general administrative finance duties
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills
