Junior AV Crew (Event Setup & Basic Operations)

This is an entry-level role for individuals interested in gaining hands‑on experience in audiovisual (AV) event operations.

You will support the preparation, setup, operation, and teardown of AV equipment for corporate events, exhibitions, webcasts, livestreams, and rentals across Singapore.

This role involves both warehouse-based work and on-site event support, and is suited for individuals who are comfortable with practical, hands‑on tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Warehouse & Preparation

• Prepare equipment for upcoming jobs based on packing lists and job sheets
• Test, clean, label, pack, and stage equipment
• Ensure cables, accessories, adapters, and power distribution items are complete
• Report damaged, faulty, or missing equipment
• Support stock organisation and equipment readiness
