About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Report to the Project Manager/Site Manager for arrangement of site Work.
- Coordinate and oversee all Architectural works on site.
- Monitor and coordinate the works of subcontractors.
- Coordinate the inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of works. Handling technical and engineering problems on site.
- Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site.
- Liaison with client’s representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work.
- Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk.
- Diploma / Degree in Building Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 year of local working experience in residential building projects.
