About the Role
Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping and preparation of accounting schedules
- Check and file all accounting documents
- Writing transactions on books of accounts
- Prepare and file tax returns and assist with the payment
- Prepare financial statements, payroll, and other reports
- Prepare monthly premium contributions, loans, etc
- Perform field work as needed
- Provide assistance in accounting work that is not covered above
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS-Accountancy, Management Accounting or equivalent
- with knowledge in General Accounting including Taxation
- Relevant experience in the same field is a plus
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Office, or similar platforms
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
