Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily sales transactions from multiple e-commerce platforms (e.g., Tiktok, Shopee, etc.)
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
- Perform monthly bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
- Monitor and track inventory costs and discrepancies
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and supporting documentation
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Help manage payroll records and government compliance reporting (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)
- Assist with audits and tax filings
- Coordinate with third-party service providers (e.g., payment gateways, logistics, accountants)
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial records
- Other administrative or accounting tasks as required
